Introducing the Future of Tourism in BC

Destination BC has set a new course for sustainable growth of tourism in the province through the Invest in Iconics Strategy. This strategy combines place-branding and destination development to increase the benefits of tourism across more seasons and areas of the province.

This video provides an introduction to the new destination brands and how they support the sustainable growth of tourism in the province.

Through this new vision, we are building momentum and long-term benefits for the tourism industry in BC by attracting high-value, values-aligned international travellers who stay longer, visit more places, and spend more in local communities.
