Module 5 – Digital Media & Advertising

“Digital advertising,” “paid advertising,” and “paid media” all refer to paid marketing tactics that target potential customers based on their interests, intent, or previous interactions with your business online. Paid media can take on many forms, including search ads, social media ads, display ads, influencer campaigns, YouTube ads, and more.

While organic marketing is an effective awareness tool, a paid marketing strategy can help move your audience along their customer journey – or Travel Path to Purchase – and ultimately drive conversions.

In this module, you will learn how paid advertising can drive customer action, the types of ads available, and how to optimize your digital advertising strategy to maximize your budget.
