Module 3 – Search Engine Optimization

Most people start their journey to purchase products, services, vacations and more by performing a search on a search engine like Google. Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, is the practice of optimizing your website to gain organic (or unpaid) traffic from search engine results to help people find your website amongst all the other competing content on the Internet.

The resources in this module are designed to help you better understand the components of a successful SEO strategy and identify some of the ways you can get started. Within this module, you’ll familiarize yourself with the different aspects of search results, learn how to test your site for indexation, security, speed, and mobile-friendly design, and what you can do to optimize your website content.
